OE is basically impossible to apply wrong. I will give you 3 ways, but you can also test the best methods for yourself. In time, you will discover your favorite.
Aromatically. Ultrasonic diffuser. It's easy to use and often has additional features- a night light, melodies. You fill the diffuser with water, add 3-4 drops of OE, turn it on and a wonderful aromatic mist comes out. There are also ultrasonic diffusers for the car on USB, you put it in the place of a cup. When you add OE of mint to it it will give you energy and help you concentrate. Buy diffusers good quality, because the oils are very concentrated and can react with plastic, and after all, we do not want to inhale it. We can also use passive diffusers. The easiest way is to inhale straight from the bottle or a drop smeared in your hands. Fold your hands into a bowl shape and inhale. The aromatic way helps us clean the air of pathogens-remember? OEs have antiviral, antimicrobial properties, among others. It will put us in a good mood, help decongest the airways.
Topically. Massage OE into the affected area diluted with a base oil, such as sweet almond or coconut oil. For pain of the head we massage OE of peppermint along the hairline, on the nape of the neck, temples. We can massage into the soles of the feet, such as OE of lavender before bedtime. With fever, we massage OE of peppermint along the line of the spine, pulse points, forehead. This way brings immediate relief, because OEs are substances that penetrate our body very quickly, including through the skin, and quickly eliminate the cause of the ailment. We can also use bullet bottles. We prepare our natural perfume with OE and lubricate the wrists, behind the ears, neck.
Internally. Remember, only 100% pure OE can be used this way. Not all are suitable for consumption. We use vegan capsules. We can add to water or put 1 drop under the tongue, it will be absorbed faster.
