Polonia_Camp 2026: A unique meeting for young Polonia in Warsaw. Enrollment has started!
Young Poles living in Spain and other corners of the world have another opportunity to integrate in the country of their ancestors. Organizers have announced the start of preparations for the second edition of the World Meeting of Young Poles - Polonia_Camp 2026. The event will take place from July 23-26, 2026 on the campus of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW).
This is a dynamic project created with young emigrants in mind. The previous edition attracted young people from as many as 46 countries, and this year organizers plan to host as many as 1,500 participants in the capital.
For whom was this event prepared?
Polonia_Camp 2026 is aimed at people aged 18-30 who live outside the country on a daily basis (excluding the Russian Federation) and identify themselves as being of Polish origin.
The project is open to any young representative of Polonia:
- students looking for international contacts,
- young entrepreneurs, local leaders and activists,
- people who simply want to brush up on their language, get to know Poland and integrate with peers from around the globe.
Program: Business, culture and networking
The four July days at the Warsaw campus promise to be very intense. Instead of boring lectures, the program focuses on modern networking and relationship building. Among those planned are:
Discussion panels with representatives of Polish business, culture, science and politics,
- Language and cultural workshops to deepen knowledge of modern Poland,
- Presentations of educational opportunities and career and business options in the country,
- Sports activities and evening team-building events.
The overarching goal set by the project's creators is to create a sustainable international network of cooperation between young Poles from different continents.
Free participation and assistance with travel expenses
What is sure to please many young people are the financial conditions. Participation in Polonia_Camp 2026 is completely free of charge.
With the funding, the organizers provide all qualified participants:
- Accommodation on the secure campus of SGGW in Warsaw,
- Full board during the event,
- Partial reimbursement of travel expenses (which makes logistics and arrival from airports in Spain, for example, much easier).
All that remains on the participants' side is to cover the cost of insurance and any visa fees.
Who is responsible for the project and how to sign up?
The main organizer of the event is the "Polish Community" Association, which is carrying out this project in partnership with the Institute of Public Affairs Foundation and the Kosciuszko Foundation. The whole event is co-financed from the funds of the Chancellery of the Senate of the Republic of Poland within the framework of the "Senate - Polonia 2026" competition, and the prestigious patronage of the meeting was assumed by the Speaker of the Senate of the Republic of Poland, Małgorzata Kidawa-Błońska.
Registration has already started! The registration form and detailed regulations can be found directly on the official website of the event: www.poloniacamp.pl.
If you have Polish youth in Spain in your midst, it's worth passing this information on to them - it's a great opportunity to take a free, fun-filled trip to Poland and make lifelong contacts.
