6. No Refund of Payments:

No refunds are offered for payments for services rendered once the newspaper has been printed.

Polska Costa reserves the right, within legal limits, to share information with judicial bodies when necessary to comply with legal requirements.

8. Verification of Content:

The customer has the obligation to verify the truthfulness and morality of the content he/she shares with Polska Costa.

9. Quality of Information:

Polska Costa undertakes to provide quality, legible and fair information within its possibilities.

10. Removal of Inappropriate Content:

Polska Costa reserves the right to remove articles or advertisements in case of immorality or unsuitable content in accordance with these terms and conditions.

11. Customer's Right to Break Cooperation:

The customer has the right to break cooperation with Polska Costa at any time and may request the removal of any articles or advertisements that directly relate to it.

12. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions:

Polska Costa reserves the right to update and modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.

13. Intellectual Property:

All intellectual property rights associated with the content generated by Polska Costa, including but not limited to articles, design and logos, are the exclusive property of Polska Costa. Unauthorised use of this content is strictly prohibited.
