Moving to the Sun and the Invisible Backpack

Moving to the Sun and the Invisible Backpack

Health//Sponsored

When we pack our bags and move to a new place, it feels like we’re leaving absolutely everything behind. The old streets, the rainy mornings, the routine, and the things that have been bothering us for so long. Here, under the Spanish sky, everything smells different at first. The coffee tastes better, the sun shines more warmly, and the sea gives us the sense of freedom we’ve always dreamed of.

But after a while, once the initial excitement has worn off, a quiet reflection sets in. Suddenly, we realize that even though we’ve changed the scenery around us, deep down we’ve remained exactly the same people.

We brought with us our beliefs, our fears, the same habit of worrying in advance, and an invisible backpack full of stories from the past. I remember the moment when I felt it myself. I realized then, very clearly, that there’s no escaping what needs tending to within us. Moving to a new place is a wonderful step, but real change begins when we stop running away from our own emotions.

We often carry unresolved issues within us that have lingered for years. A longing for someone who is no longer with us—even though several or more than a dozen years have passed—and yet our heart still holds on tightly and cannot let go. Difficult relationships with loved ones that, despite the distance, still resonate in our daily lives. Or simply an overwhelming feeling that we’re stuck in one place and aren’t quite sure which direction to take next.

In my daily work, I help people who feel stuck and keep returning to the same difficult emotions. I work with the subconscious mind and generational patterns, gently helping you let go of what has been weighing on your heart for years. To do this, I use numerology, among other tools, treating it not as a way to predict the future, but as a personal map of your potential, challenges, and emotions. Because sometimes, to truly start living in a new place and enjoy the sunshine, you first need to gently make sense of what you’ve left behind.

In this series of articles, I’d like to invite you to join me on a journey deep within yourself. No rush, no judgment, and no complicated theories. Just like over a good cup of coffee on a terrace, we’ll talk about how to reconnect with our inner strength and listen to what our hearts are truly saying.

My name is Patrycja, and I help bring into being what is invisible to the eye.
