Big Brother Looks: How Does This System Work?
This is where things take a turn like from science fiction movies. The project involves the installation of an entire network of "digital eyes and ears."
- Forest of Cameras: Poles with advanced detection cameras and data collection devices will sprout up at each traffic circle access. They will track every movement, every lane change and every stop.
