Quir贸nsalud Torrevieja hospital opens new outpatient clinic area to improve patient comfort, efficiency and quality of care
Quir贸nsalud Torrevieja Hospital has inaugurated a new outpatient clinic area, a modern and functional space that will see some 12,000 patients each month. The new area is designed to improve the patient experience by increasing comfort, streamlining processes and using advanced technology.
The new zone is located on the second floor of Building B, covers an area of 1,000 square meters and includes 15 consultation rooms. It was designed to provide more efficient, personalized and better-organized medical care. The design of the space emphasizes patient comfort and optimized workflow, which contributes to shorter waiting times and improved visit quality.
The expansion, completed after the celebration of the 25th anniversary of Hospital Quir贸nsalud Torrevieja, is part of the facility's strategic plan (Master Plan), setting its course for the future. The plan focuses on continuously improving infrastructure and services, adapting to the growing number of medical services, and integrating modern and efficient spaces in line with the highest standards of healthcare quality.
Scribe technology: doctor fully focused on the patient
The new offices have also been equipped with the Scribe system, an innovative solution through which the Quir贸nsalud Group is advancing the traditional model of healthcare in Spain toward fully humanizing the treatment process. The system allows the medical staff to focus completely on the patient during the visit. With Scribe's technology, the doctor can maintain eye contact and have a direct conversation with the patient, reducing the need to type data into a computer during the consultation.
The Scribe project, which is being phased in across the group's 50 hospitals, was created to reduce the administrative burden, improve doctor-patient communication and enable visits to be conducted in a more fluid, personal and efficient manner. In this way, the patient-centered care model promoted by Quir贸nsalud is being strengthened.
With the new zone, Hospital Quir贸nsalud Torrevieja continues to expand in terms of innovation, humanizing medical care and striving for excellence in the patient experience.
