5th Edition of the "Sweetest Week" in Torrevieja: Cake and Coffee Festival (2026)

February in Torrevieja promises to be exceptionally sweet! The Torrevieja Gastronómica Association invites locals and tourists to the 5th edition of an event that has already become a local tradition - "The Sweetest Week" (La Semana Más Dulce).

This is a unique opportunity to indulge in the finest homemade baked goods served accompanied by aromatic coffee from February 9 to 15, 2026.

What can we expect?

The event is promoted by the slogan "Cake and Coffee", and participating establishments have prepared special tasting menus. The prices of the sets are very affordable and range from €4 to €8. At this price, guests receive a dessert of their choice and a beverage (coffee, tea or brew).

It's perfect for spending an afternoon with friends, a family outing, or even an early celebration of Valentine's Day, which falls at the end of the festival week.

Organizers and Support

The event is organized with the support of the Association of Hotel Companies of Torrevieja and Comarca, Torrevieja City Hall (Department of Tourism) and the Costa Blanca and L'Exquisit Mediterrani tourism brands. The goal of the initiative is to promote local gastronomy and confectionery, which on the Costa Blanca stands at a very high level.
